How do tokens work?
Tokens represent the computational units used to extract, process, and structure public Instagram comments and nested discussions. Each extraction query debits tokens based on the volume and depth of comments retrieved. Your token balance provides predictable, pay-as-you-go research capacity with zero hidden fees.
Do tokens roll over or expire?
Subscription tokens reset on the 1st of each calendar month. However, One-Time Top-Up Tokens NEVER expire. When you have both, monthly allowance tokens are consumed first, preserving your non-expiring top-ups for heavy research periods.
Can I cancel my subscription anytime?
Yes! You can cancel your subscription at any time with a single click inside your account billing portal or by emailing support. There are no cancellation penalties or hidden lock-ins. You retain access until the end of your prepaid billing period.
What is your refund policy?

What export formats are supported?
All paid plans and top-up packs support instant exports in structured CSV (Spreadsheets), Excel (.xlsx), and Raw JSON formats, including full nested comment reply threads, like counts, and author handles.
Does this service download video or audio?
No. This platform processes strictly public discussion metrics and text commentary. We do not rip, convert, host, or store copyrighted video or audio media files. Review our Terms of Service.
